Essence: Utilizing the high hardness and chemical inertness of ceramic materials to replace metals/polymers in dry friction or poor oil lubrication environments, reducing wear and maintaining a stable friction coefficient.
Key function: As a sealing end face (mechanical seal), friction lining (clutch/brake) or sliding bearing ring, it can withstand high contact stress and thermal shock.

Aluminum oxide (Al ₂ O3): High cost-effectiveness, good insulation, widely used in general industrial seals, clutch friction linings, and medium to low temperature wear-resistant rings.
